The final round of the 2019 MSSU Fall Invite was cancelled today due to heavy rains and the tournament was shortened to 36 holes with yesterday's results remaining final.
The Lions finished the tournament tied for 10th overall and Colby Cox and Jonathan Sanchez tied for 35th with a three-over par 147.
With this being an MIAA points event, the Lions finished as the fifth-highest MIAA team in the standings as Central Oklahoma took the top spot. Northeastern State and Washburn tied for second, while Central Missouri was fourth in the MIAA Points standings.

The Lions will be back at it next week as Southern travels to Sioux Falls, SD to take part in the Augustana Fall Invitational at Elmwood Golf Club.
