MSSU soccer to battle Rogers State, Northeastern State

The Missouri Southern women's soccer team travels to the state of Oklahoma to do battle with new conference member Rogers State (Okla.) tomorrow at 6:00 pm before continuing to Northeastern State for a 1:00 pm match on Sunday.

Missouri Southern (2-6) comes off a 4-1 victory over Missouri Western opening MIAA play in Joplin last Sunday avenging a 1-0 nonconference loss to the MWSU nine days prior. The Lions scored four unanswered goals, including three in the second half while outshooting the Griffons 16-9 for the match.
