San Angelo, Texas -- Missouri Southern freshmen Claire Luallen and Miracle Grant are 6th and 9th, respectively, after day one of the 2019 David Noble Relays hosted by Angelo State University.
Luallen checks in with 2,954 points after day one, while Grant has 2.491 points. Luallen and Grant finished 6th and 10th in the 100m hurdles and the high jump. Luallen was 5th in the shot, while Grant finished 9th, whiel Luallen was 3rd in the 200m and Grant finished 8th.
The pair will have the long jump, javelin and 800m tomorrow to finish out the heptathlon.
