Three MSSU soccer players named All-MIAA

The 2014 All-MIAA Soccer Teams were announced this morning by the conference office.

The Lions had three players named All-MIAA. Freshman Ronise Miller (top) was selected to the second team All-MIAA at defender, while sophomore Carly Cecil (middle) and junior Karley Thomas  (bottom) were named honorable mention.

Miller finished the season with one assist for the Lions.

Cecil tallied three assists for three points and took seven shots, three on goal, on the year.

Thomas finished the season with three goals and two assists for eight points while taking 14 shots, three on goal.

Southern finishes their season with a 5-11-2 overall record and a 3-10-1 mark in MIAA play.
