MSSU men win weight throw, pick up four NCAA provisional marks at Indoor Gorilla Classic

Pittsburg, Kan. -- The Missouri Southern men's track and field team picked up three top-three finishes, four NCAA Provisional Qualifying Marks and one event win in day one of the PSU Indoor Gorilla Classic.

Travis Petersen, Josh Fulmer, Brendan Watkins and the distance medley relay team all picked up NCAA Provisional Qualifying marks, while Petersen walked away with the win in the weight throw.

Individual results are listed below and the Lions will finish up the meet tomorrow morning, beginning at 10 am.
