Former St. Louis Cardinals center fielder and Cardinals Hall of Fame member Jim Edmonds announced today he has been hospitalized and is being tested for COVID-19.
"I held off as long as I could," Edmonds said in an Instagram post. "I thought I was tough enough to get through."
