Missouri Southern senior runner Dora Eastin has been named the MIAA Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week as announced by the league office today.
Eastin helped the Lions to the team title at the SBU Invitational Tuesday. She won the individual title, traversing the 5k course, in a time of 18:23.29, finishing eight seconds in front of her nearest competitor.
Eastin and the Lions will be back in action on Oct. 25 when the team travels to Rolla to take part in the Jackling Jocks Invitational hosted by Missouri S&T.
