The Missouri Southern Soccer unbeaten streak was snapped at three matches Thursday evening with a 4-0 loss to Central Oklahoma.
The Lions (5-8-2, 3-7-1 MIAA) fell behind early in the first half as Central Oklahoma (10-3-2, 7-2-2 MIAA) scored in just the seventh minute to set the pace for the match. The Bronchos would score again in the 33rd minute to take a 2-0 lead into halftime.
UCO would add two more goals in the second half, in the 65th and 89th minutes to make the final 4-0.
Southern's offensive attack was led by freshmen Hannah Bomar with five shots and Aubrey Lindsey, (pictured) with two.
Freshman Bryar Wiley played all 90 minutes in the net while recording three saves in the loss.
The Lions will be back in action at Hal Bodon Field on Saturday for Senior Day as they host Northeastern State. Kick off is scheduled for 1pm.
