The eighth-ranked Missouri Southern men's track and field team had six individuals in five events named All-Region by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
Leading the way for the Lions was Jeff Fraley as the junior earned All-Region honors in both the 60m and 200m dash. Michael Juergens and Brady Melugin both earned honors in the pole vault, while Clark Tanksley and Darion Boure earned All-Region honors in the triple jump. MIAA 5k champion Eric Schott earned All-Region honors in the event.
Melugin, Juergens, Fraley, Schott and Boure have all qualified for the Division II Indoor Track and Field National Championships to be held on March 14-15 in Winston Salem, NC.
