Four MSSU baseball players named to MIAA Academic Honor Roll

The Missouri Southern baseball team has had four players named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll, the league announced. 
To achieve honor roll status, a student-athlete must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.00 and have at least two terms of attendance at the certifying member institution, excluding summer terms.
Pitchers Sean Goostree (Wheaton, Mo.) and Kanon Hoover (El Dorado Springs, Mo.) both earned Academic Honor Roll status. Goostree carries a 3.51 in education, while Hoover has a 3.30 in education. 
Catcher Mitchell Osburn (Broken Arrow, Okla.) has a 3.33 in criminal justice, while outfielder Zack Steadman(Derby, Kan.) has a 3.48 in kinesiology.
