Are you an athlete looking to get faster and improve your speed and acceleration? If this is indeed you, you are in luck as the Missouri Southern track and field coach Bryan Schiding is hosting the first ever Speed Camp this summer at Fred G. Hughes Stadium on the campus of Missouri Southern from June 16-19 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. daily.
Open to athletes ages 12-18 and coaches of all sports, this camp will teach proven techniques of acceleration and speed components used in all athletics. Under the direction of MSSU Track and Field head coach Bryan Schiding, campers will learn from a coach who has developed some of the fastest sprinters in Division II, including 28 NCAA Individual qualifiers, and six sprint relay qualifiers over the past 4 years.
The four days of camp will cost $80 and include a t-shirt. Checks can be made out to MSSU Speed Camp and the full registration form can be found at http://www.mssulions.com/sports/mtrack/2013-14/files/Speed_Camp_2014.pdf
