The Missouri Southern men's track and field team put two in the finals of the 60m dash and had two other top three finishes in day one of the 2014 MSSU Invitational at the Leggett & Platt Athletic Center.
Jeff Fraley and Erron Holley both qualified for the finals of the 60m dash as Fraley ran a time of 6.94 and Holley finished in 6.96. Anthony Price just missed qualifying for the finals.
Taylor Albright placed second in the long jump with a distance of 22-10.00, while Darion Boure and Clark Tanksleyplaced fifth and sixth, respectively in the event.
In the only other action of the night, Bryan Burns placed third in the weight throw with a distance of 51-00.00.
Day two of the event will begin at 10:30 am on Saturday morning.
