Veteran St. Louis Cardinals starter Adam Wainwright is nearing the end of his rehab appearances in the minor leagues and will soon return to the active roster.

On one hand, Wainwright has pitched 17 innings during his rehab assignment and not given up a run and only allowed seven hits, striking out 18.
But who do you replace in the starting rotation?
Or do you go with a six-man rotation and give extra rest time to some of the youngsters who are not used to throwing as many innings?
