Missouri Southern senior thrower Kylie Cornman picked up two provisionals and a win as the women's track and field team competed at the 2014 Mule Relays Friday night in Warrensburg.
Cornman won the shot put with a provisional distance of 45-07.00. She then placed third in the weight throw with another provisional distance of 53-05.50.
Kaylee Morgan won the long jump in a distance of 18-00.25, leading a 1-2-3 finish that saw Brittani Reagan andTaitum Mead place second and third. Emily Paullus and Traci Walker placed sixth and seventh, respectively in the event.
Ashleigh McFarland was third in the pole vault in a height of 11-05.75, while Sydney Potts won the 600y in a time of 1:28.08.
Mead placed sixth in the 60m hurdles, while Walker was 11th in the 400m dash. Reagan was second in the triple jump with a provisional distance of 38-09.00, while Mahogany Jones placed fourth in the event.
Whitney Hardy was third in the high jump in a height of 5-05.00, while Taylor Alumbaugh placed seventh.
The Lions will be in action next weekend as Southern travels to Norman, Okla. to compete in the University of Central Oklahoma Invite.
