In this video from Las Vegas Action 13 News, the mother of murdered Missouri State University tailback Richard Nelson describes the events that occurred outside of her home that resulted in her son's death.
A group of people had come to the house looking for a fight with Nelson's sister. He defended her and was shot to death, according to the mother and to the Las Vegas Metro Police report.
