Grichuk, Horton to be in Joplin Saturday for Cardinals Caravan

St. Louis Cardinals outfielder Randal Grichuk and Fox Sports Midwest announcer Rick Horton will be among those coming to Joplin Saturday for the annual visit of the Cardinals Caravan.

Caravan '16 will be at the Taylor Performing Arts Center at Missouri Southern State University 12 noon Saturday, January 16.

In addition to Grichuk and Horton, others scheduled to come on the Caravan will be rookie pitchers Sam Tuivailala and Austin Gomber, and former Cardinals Brad Thompson and Alan Benes.

According to the Cardinals, the event will include autographs for kids and Cardinals prize drawings. The first 400 children (15 and under) through the door will receive a free autograph ticket which guarantees one autograph from each current and former player. Due to high demand, autographs will only be available for children 15 and under.
