The St. Louis Cardinals will include Joplin once again as part of their 2016 tour.
Players and team representatives will offer a program at noon Saturday, Jan. 16, in Taylor Performing Arts Center.
Fans will have a chance to hear from the players, and autographs will be available for kids. KGCS-TV, the campus television station, will be on hand to provide coverage.
More information on players planning to attend will be available after the first of the year. The Cardinals Caravan visit is sponsored by the Missouri Farm Bureau and a partnership including the Cardinals and Zimmer Radio. Games can be heard locally on 1230, The Talker, in 2016.
