The Missouri Southern football team will open up fall camp tomorrow evening as the Lions will practice inside the friendly confines of Fred G. Hughes Stadium, starting a 6:30 pm.
Southern will conduct practices in just helmets on Friday and Saturday with shells being worn on Sunday and Monday. The first full pad practice will be on Tuesday, August 13. All practices this fall and during the season will be at 6:30 pm unless weather dictates.
The Lions were picked 10th in both the coaches and media MIAA Preseason Polls that were released at MIAA Media Day on July 31.
Southern opens the season at home on September 5 against Nebraska-Kearney. Kickoff is slated for 6 pm.
